OneEvil , how much h/s should I get with a i5-4200u @ 1.6 GHz 2.5 GHz ? Only getting 40 h/s...

Claymore's CryptoNote Windows CPU Miner.
=========================

PERFORMANCE

About 270 h/s on i7-4770 ("-t 4")
About 170 h/s on i5-4430 ("-t 3")
32bit version is slower than 64bit version in 1.5-2.0 times, about 190 h/s on i7-4770.

40 h/s per thread?

40 h/s in average from all 4 thread together. I get 10-12 h/s per thread. Is this normal hashrate for a i5 4th gen ? idk.

Btw , claymore's cpu miner don't support OEC . I'm using cryptonote cpu miner. I was trying wolf's cpu miner. still getting 40 h/s

Does it matter how many threads I use if I get around the same hash rate? When I set it to 4 threads they each have 10 H/s.

I love the name of this coin...  Much Sinister!  Such Evilness!  Cool

There seems to be a few questions regarding the best mining software for both CPU and GPU..

would anyone be able to include some feedback in this regard...?

good luck with the coin...!

Here: http://oec.oneevil.ru/#getting_started

You will find all recommended mining software at the bottom. But be aware that that Claymore guy has a monopoly on GPU mining software for cryptonight charging a 5% to use program but has not added Oneevilcoin so it does not work just yet.

Thanks for the advice...  very helpful!  Hope its of benefit to others also!  Smiley

Hi everyone, im completley new to mining and crypto in general. I'm running the miner that came with the wallet, and I'm getting about 90 h/s. How can I tell how much progress im making in regards to completing a block? My balance still says 0 when I use the command. Had the miner running about 3 hours.

Also, OneEvil, do you have any ideas when this will be listed on an exchange, as I dont think im gonna have enough computing power to mine a great deal of coins
