exchanges are great, that's what we want but people who want to buy at this time are not hindered..with escrow i believe, and in general helps the coin thrive until we hit the exchanges.

Alt2bit is dead market: not even one coin has any tradings. So I dont consider alt2bit as market.
Poloniex and Bittrex are good choice, but you must be aware then , when coin hit those exchanges price will go way down... ( something like Duckonote or bytecoin) or even trading on those exchanges can kill coin. But nobody knows. I do just for testing solo mining of  OEC since diff is low...
Hope you go live on Bittrex or Poloinex soon.

I realy dont understand how can any cryptonote coin struggle to get some descent exchange. They are only 12 or 13 cryptonote coins each one with own personality. Everyday shitcoins are added to exchanges and they die for 24 hours.

They have requirements. The dev must be active. There must be a block explorer. I think that is it.

If I enter 400 H/s got 165 coins per day: and on extreme pool god 45 coin per day.
I did test solo mining and got 13 block : aprox same as predict on extremepool.org

That I know, but with a 600 H/s rate I got like 30 coins for one day on that pool.

On solo mining I got about 25% more then on pool, but as we all know it is just a lucky day
