Alt2bit is dead market: not even one coin has any tradings. So I dont consider alt2bit as market. Poloniex and Bittrex are good choice, but you must be aware then , when coin hit those exchanges price will go way down... ( something like Duckonote or bytecoin) or even trading on those exchanges can kill coin. But nobody knows. I do just for testing solo mining of OEC since diff is low... Hope you go live on Bittrex or Poloinex soon. P.S Thanks for blockchain for faster sync  how can you compare oec(8.2 million coins) with duck(8.5 billion coins) and bytecoin(184.4 billion coin) ?! it makes no sense ... |

I agree there, but this seems like a one man project and there's only one Dev, and coin has already been launched but there's not even a block explorer for it yet and that makes it a little hard for it to be listed on an exchange. |

If you use GUI wallet, from some reason you cannot use existing one, wallet create new one for you, and ask password for NEW wallet, created in wallet data dir. If you copy old wallet to same dir, wallet again dont open that data. So in this phase: it looks like it is not possible to use GUI wallet with old wallet . Maybe it will be fixed soon? |
