Yes, that bbcode doesn't work.

In a similar thread, has been reported that it was probably disabled for security reasons.

[flash] has never been enabled on this forum. That'd be terribly insecure.
But why it's still in the tools box ? And would you enable it on the new forum?

New forum or not, the problem is with flash itself. I highly doubt it will ever be enabled here.
