I was thinking if we had an algorithm to determine the amount of similitude between the lines of the left and right hands with great precision we would have a quite good way of serializing everyone with an ID number that could be updated every new year. The algorithm could start analysing the fingerprints of both hands. This would have a great weight in the formula to determine the overall amount of similitude. Then other lines would enter the formula, each providing a given weight in the overall sum of weighted amounts.

As an example, imagine our global population had just 5 individuals: A, B, C, D and E.

And our algorithm/formula would calculate the amounts of similitude between the lines of left and right hands to be:

A - 67.986787 % similitude between left and right hand (Year 2014)
B-  57.779767 % similitude between left and right hand (Year 2014)
C - 56.878665 % similitude between left and right hand (Year 2014)
D - 78.657647 % similitude between left and right hand (Year 2014)
E - 88.657657 % similitude between left and right hand (Year 2014)

Then the IDs of our five individuals would be:

C -  ID No. 1 (Year 2014)
B -  ID No. 2 (Year 2014)
A -  ID No. 3 (Year 2014)
D -  ID No. 4 (Year 2014)
E -  ID No. 5 (Year 2014)

Maybe this method of serialization of individuals IDs would be interesting in many contexts, as it seems a quite universal and unambiguous way of ordering individuals in a global way. But namely in the context of SocialCoin (http://llsourcell.svbtle.com/socialcoin-a-cryptocurrency-for-a-global-basic-income).

{ Imagine a sequence of bits generated from the first decimal place of the square roots of whole integers that are irrational numbers. If the decimal falls between 0 and 5, it's considered bit 0, and if it falls between 5 and 10, it's considered bit 1. This sequence from a simple integer count of contiguous irrationals and their logical decimal expansion of the first decimal place is called the 'main irrational stream.' Our goal is to design a physical and optical computing system system that can detect when this stream starts matching a specific pattern of a given size of bits. bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=166760.0 } Satoshi did use a friend class in C++ and put a comment on the code saying: "This is why people hate C++".
