unless you have a decent size farm already built, ROI on new farms can take awhile. profits are rather low. try cryptonite algo like XMR-QCN-AEON-DSH.
and try to mine new coins that have yet to hit an exchange. usually no exchange value means lower mineing difficulty and makes it more easy to get more coins.
