Boom Project

I decide to make a boom project, that is from block 25000 to block 31000, the proof of stake reward will change from 1% one year to 40% per day.
It will process for 4 days (6000 / 60 / 24 = 4.1111), you will get 385% (1.4*1.4*1.4*1.4 = 3.85)
It means you will get nearly 400% in 4 days.

There are some reasons about this plan

1. I want to change the POS argument, stake min age from 8 hours to 30 minute, year reward from 1% to 12%. all the modifucation is for encouraging people to get stake, and make the network more safe.
Avoid the fork of blockchain, a boom project will insure Dicecoin holder update the wallet very soon.

2. I know a lot of people give up the dicecoin, but there a some people still not give up, they support me, give me a lot of time to improve it and have enougn patience. So the boom project is a motivation for the Dicecoin holder who do not give up.

3. I have banned the premine address in version 1.2. But if we do not update soon, it will not take effect. So update your wallet ASAP.
