BFL Single SC Problems

Ive recently bought a BFL SC single 60gh/s and its been going pretty well until it started generating an average of 160gh/s which seems to be way too high to be true. I checked on my worker's average speed which was 20gh/s.  Whats with the sudden change? Im using cgminer if it helps. Any help is appreciated
