I do not own ARcoin, I am no dev. This is the non-moderated topic for ARcoin. We need this topic because the dev removes a lot of posts in the original self-moderated topic. At the launch there was no wallet or pool for almost 2 hours. He and his buddies probably did a 2 hour instamine/premine. The dev has " no-premine"  stated in his [ann]. This was NOT a fair launch! EDIT: the wallet was there after aprox. 1 hour.

ARcoin is a medium of exchange designed around securely exchanging information which is a process made possible by certain principles of cryptography.
The first cryptocurrency to be created was Bitcoin in 2009. Since then, numerous cryptocurrencies have been created. Fundamentally, cryptocurrencies are specifications
regarding the use of currency which seek to incorporate principles of cryptography to implement a distributed, decentralized and secure information economy.

Within ARCoin systems the safety, integrity and balance of all ledgers is maintained by a community of mutually distrustful parties referred to as miners,
who are usually members of the public, handling cryptocurrency transactions for a small fee. Miners use resource-intensive computer software to help secure a particular
cryptocurrency's network by increasing that network's ability to solve mathematical equations which the network directly uses to impede fraud.

Central bank representatives have stated that the adoption of Cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin pose a significant challenge to central banks' ability to influence the price of
credit for the whole economy, they've also stated that as trade using Cryptocurrencies become more popular, there is bound to be a loss of consumer confidence in fiat currencies.
Gareth Murphy, a senior central banking officer has stated "widespread use [of cryptocurrency] would also make it more difficult for statistical agencies to gather data on economic activity,
which are used by governments to steer the economy, He cautioned that virtual currencies pose
a new challenge to central banks' control over the important functions of monetary and exchange rate policy.

ARCoin seek to add more crypto-currency & knowledge to the world, and we welcome you all to participate in this experimental project.

what i cant understand is it all over his thread how he stuffed of launch .had no wallets or pools.most people couldnt mine till block 400+ and still people mine it and some big pools support it like IPO.its crazy.its disgusting that these pools allow this behaviour.they are clearly driven by greed and have no morals what so ever.there are even people in there saying how smooth the launch was.thats just unbelievable.all i know is this kind of stuff just hurts cryptos image and is going to make it harder and harder for crypto to get more excepted.

Its a 3 day pow ... 1hour at start is huge...

You are just forgetting that we made the first 100 blocks with low rewards exactly because of that, so people get informed and ready to mine.

Clear? I hope this is the end of this discussion.

and the next 300 + block whith max reward whitout wallet? because you are not able to make one Cheesy is pretty hilarious and you call it no istamine and fair......

Make your own coin, if this one doesn't suite you. <-- lol! This is his response!!

Man, stop be hypocrite, you made this post because you cry and you hate arcoin for some reason... but you lie, so maybe they remove your message because lie.... it's proved, you lie.

Darkcoin released his windows wallet 1month after the linux wallet, you said nothing about that, and you come cry here because arcoin released the windows wallet 45minutes after the code source? hahaha. And what about the altcoins with 1% premine? where you are? no where.

point here is that the dev didn't release wallets on purpose, so that almost nobody could mine. Would have taken him a few mins to compile one himself.

we didnt miss the train.wow u make no sense bro.yes i agree the wallet didnt take 2 hours.but before most people could mine it was up to block 400+.i know this is not a lie cause i was there at launch.no wallets no pools yet he announced that it was going to be fair launch at it wasnt.for u to defend this dev means u were able to comply wallet and start solo mining before everyone else or you have not morals and are very narrow minded and dont see the bigger picture of how stuff like this affects all crypto currencys image
