Is the decentralized betting built yet?

why wouldn't you having a working wallet before launching?
why is design of the wallet more important than the actual code that will run the betting system?
How much of the ICO do you expect will remain in the hands of the developers? And since you need to sell these coins to raise funds in BTC/FIAT, it seems like a pump and dump to me?

So lets see:

ICO/IPO with no escrow
no working tech, just a whitepaper
priorities I believe are not organized correctly. i don't care how pretty something looks, I want the shit to work.

nothing is built yet. they estimate 60 days which is enough time for them to run the IPO scam, then the pump and dump scam on Bittrex.

They should build something first, then launch the coin IMO. Anything short of this, and its a scam.

Everytime IPO, small amounts of BTC have been collected. When people asked for escrow, the dev said that it's not feasible because there are so many transactions. Huh
