In the miner's folder edit pool.bat and enter:
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
NsGpuCNMiner.exe -o stratum+tcp://pool address -u your wallet address  -p x
or if you mining on the minergate pool:
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

For multi-GPU systems, set Virtual Memory size in Windows at least 16 GB
