These exchanges have already added cryptonote coins.  It's doubtful that any will list this coin since there is no dev or activity though.  Good luck.  Can't hurt to ask.

I voted for this coin on the Askcoin.com too.

And I keep mining it, because it can fly to the moon!

But we of course need some other voting on the bigger exchange.

Askcoin is a small project - so they can't integrate Cryptonote
coin to their list. They asked for help on this thread, but nothing
happened - because it's too difficult for them!

But we won that voting! So there is an interest for Inf-8 coin!

We must get to the Poloniex or Hitbtc.
