Research for alt coin development

Hello all

I'm new as this is my first post.

crypto currency have got me interreted. though not to get rich.
but not contributing to other people getting rich at my expense. like bankers and services charging fees for transactions and such.

however i been seeing a lot of new coins and some development on the bit coin for some time now.

and have localized my take on why crypto currency isn't bigger then it is.

first Asic have killed bitcoin from getting really big - new ppl can't invest big and big investors rule the market (the very problem bitcoin trys to solve)
second after buying my first bit coin all the dodgy methods to get them and all the fees really kills it. no easy / secure way to get them.
third pools. again using slush to mine abit i realized he is getting 0.5 btc per block. mining should be fun as solo.
fourth energy consumption - bitcoin is a big energy hungry network.

so how can these things be done differently

i have a few ideas ills mention here and some ill keep to my self

first chargeback built into the system will make visa / paypal and so on very happy and open up for more people to use it.

traceablility - will make governments very happy. yes i don't support the moving of drug money, arms dealing or what so ever.

they should be limited to how much can be done still

these 2 things goes against some of the points of bitcoin and other coins however i think bit coin have shown the world theres room for a crypto currency. i just don't think bitcoin is the long term answer.

i have a few more ideas i will not revel yet and probably not here

however give your take on a currency like this.
