Need A Programmer For CS Homework Help - Tic Tac Toe

So I'm taking an intro course on javascript and angularJS, and firebase and I need to have a working tic tac toe game to turn in for credit.  It only needs to be pretty basic, it would be cool to have a bitcoin theme or something.  Let me know if you would be willing to help, I will pay a determined USD in btc at current market value at the time of confirmation of deal.  The btc will go through escrow.  Thanks!

Little more information needed:

The program must be entirely in javascript correct?  How much graphics are required?

Can I make a program that just looks like this:

Obviously it would look slightly better but just curious as to how in depth you need this.

It's gotta use html/css and angularJS, with Firebase as a backend to support multiplayer.
Also needs to be in 2player mode.  Graphics can be super simple, as long it's clean and looks good. would be cool to have the O be a bitcoin logo or something.  Lemme know!

week from monday - firebase might not be necessary, I might be able to do that part on my own as we'll be covering in class next week

I've looked at a ton of sample games, they either don't work or aren't written in angular

Really AngularJS and Firebase integration is really easy with AngularFire.
