Like the title says- I'm looking for a programmer to build a gambling application.

You should know the bitcoin protocol inside and out + Multisig. Also understanding Chain.com, and blockchain.com

Application runs in two places: One application runs on a server/desktop that monitors blockchain and handles payouts. The other application runs on a website and serves up data about plays.
