I have been trying to search a place where I could put my KnC Neptune, finally I found a vendor which is inexpensive enough.

They are providing 8Kva power per rack, 110V, located in City of Chandler, Arizona.
They are also welcome for site visit, if anyone have free time to pay a visit, you are more welcome.
