I'm looking at Stamp on Bitcoinity, but it becomes increasingly clear that a large part of the order book just isn't visible. I can see orders on Stamp's page which I can't see there.

Has it always been this way, and I was just too sleepy to notice, or did something cause this recently?

Bitcoinity is glitchy/buggy. So is Bitcoinwisdom. The only order book that you can really trust is the one on Bitstamp's actual site. The others will deceive you! Grin

Bitcoinity is buggy admittedly but still worth tracking because the overview it provides is useful and intuitive
Wouldn't use it exclusively for trading decisions though

Yeah i changed also from Bitcoinity, they became shit in last few months. But bitcoinwisdom is also a bit laggy, but good overall, if you want to make sure, go for bitstamp official site.

Yeah, I changed the other way around because Bitcoinwisdom was so unrealiable.

Lately Bitcoinity is a joke tough. Since after I posted the above they've shown an almost empty order book down to $610... Not really close to the truth... Right now it shows 300 btc when Stamp shows 2000 btc officially. We should start warning against that, someone could lose a whole bunch of money fast.

The question is if it is the API that is unrealiable or if it is Bitcoinity itself?

I've been toying a bit with bots but I wouldn't want to set them loose with faulty data...  Roll Eyes
