This account is totally useless to sell because as soon as it sells, it will be limited because you can't trick PayPal's systems. Unless you want to give up every piece of information about you to the buyer just to keep this PayPal alive. To be perfectly honest don't even know that this PayPal is yours. Not many people would give up their information to some random person. If it's verified that's even worse. (Which is why I doubt it is yours).
