That is why I only ask from Singapore or Malaysia as we have means to verify their identification. This is in compliance with local police and financial institutions regulations.(its KYC know your customer)
Also to promote the use of BTC in the market. Exchange rates fluctuate too much and with bank transfers etc but on BTC, there is none.
