What block are we on?  Chainz stop syncing at 14144.  Huh
Same here  Sad

Run the remove_old_files script (take out your wallet.dat first)

This isn't a problem with the wallet, we think a whale/whale(s) came online on an older fork and disrupted the blockchain. If everyone updates again, we should be good.

According to the dev:

"Someone rich came online and made a lot of stake, the peers he was connected to, updated, but the rest were late and had other blocks of same height
and it was a long fork that confirmed blocks from both forks, and once it confirms, it can't auto correct it"

I sent an email to chainz.  A little while ago he said he would be offline for a few hours, so I don't expect the block explorer to be updated any time soon.  Sorry guys.

Still no response.  I was hoping to get this done today so the Bittrex wallet can get updated. Sad

Edit: It looks like the block explorer is done.  Who can contact Richie at Bittrex. Smiley

It's caught up. Cheesy

I just sent a message to Richie.

Alex, can you follow up with him?  He doesn't respond to my messages.  Embarrassed

I just messaged him on here. He's usually pretty prompt with his replies.

Blockchain explorer wallet back on the main fork!

The explorer comes with some unique (and I hope) useful features, below are three relevant to Pesa Wink

Exchange wallet detection

I ran the full taint analysis, you can see the result in the largest wallets tab.
One exchange wallet is dominating, BITTREX I assume (but did not confirm), with at least 45% of the coins (taint analysis can only underestimate), which also means about half of the coins are not staking... That is a bit high, and the big holders might want to withdraw and stake to improve the security of the blockchain.

Stake Extraction Stats

The extraction tab shows that two addresses are responsible for most of the staking for the last 100 blocks (the whale or whales that caused the fork), though for the last 1000 blocks, half a dozen of addresses where taking care of the staking, which was not much.
That as well should be a hint to get more of those coins staking for the security of the blockchain, consider the interest as bonus, not as goal.

Network Stats

Finally the network tab gives a summary of the wallets seen by the explorer's wallet during the last 24 hours, that's not the whole network, just a sample, but if representative, 40% of the network could be stuck on the old version... time to upgrade!

Make sure to tweet about Pesa everyday.
We have a new wallet with dynamic interest based off key coin code, which to me is far superior than many coins out there with 10x our mrkt cap.

Jake, did you fork the coin? Or do we have an anonymous whale lurking in our midst.

I staked last night, but I think I'm on the right chain. Didn't our devs rewrite the dynamic interest code? So why should we mention anything about Keycoin?

When Max explained it, did he not say it would inherit all the features key coin had?
Maybe I'm misinformed.

I don't even think Keycoin has dynamic interest so need to mention anything about them, IMO.   Our devs reworked dynamic interest so give them the credit.

Don't get me wrong, it's a completely reworked code. Idk why they mentioned key coin earlier in the thread.

I think that was before they realized the code had to be changed.

This is correct. We only used keycoin code because is was very clean and did not deviate too far from bitcoin source. The dynamic interest portion was all us.
