A group of international observers from the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) told AFP that they hoped to return to the crash scene Saturday afternoon after only being granted very limited access to the site by armed rebels a day earlier.

What black boxes? They are already on their way to Moscow to be destroyed / replaced.

That's what the Russians are saying.

OSCE Team Denied Full Access To Ukraine Crash Site

Alexander Hug, the chief of the OSCE special monitoring mission to Ukraine, said the team were allowed "to see a bit more" of the sprawling crash site.
A bit more. How you russians twist everything is amazing.

"Full access" to crime scene for journalists? For contaminate proofs?
If you are not blind, see on youtube, where they come.

Black boxes are still on field, and ICAO is still assent.
