You better mine or buy Signaturecoins. NO..I why not Receive? We can't reveal more data on this. Like you do not have to add signature we are free to decide how to distribute. Can not be lifted Blacklisted it's not possible now. Sorry. Try other ways. I will give up this coin , because when I receive , wallet address is not signed , it is added to the blacklist.
