No  DEV is protecting his coin, in past you must have been involved in fud, the dev takes no risk with imbeciles. If you are on blacklist you have been put on the blacklist by third party member who is involved in Fud control. It is not unknown, there is information linking your activities to spam, like you caused fud then dumped the coins in the past. dev will take no risk in people who want to hurt your coin, have you ever heard of the word random.

Dev is not idiot. It is blockkead and clod activities from black list fudders who take coins solely too dump. He has excellent way to protect coin from dungars.

These rules are to bring extra value fo Signaturecoin for good of all.
