More than once there was a mention of Bittrex having newer requirements, yet I have not seen any mention of these requirements listed. What are they and are they listed anywhere?
I'll also assume that Poloniex turned down the coin for an ICO on their exchange?
Im not sure how they are going about listing their requirements, but if you look at the op we have updated our public profile.

So unless they list requirements somewhere, I guess it's safe to assume it's ICO like usual at Bittrex? I'm less concerned about identity (especially since it doesn't require any proof in a forum), but moreso that the exchange holds the funds until they are used, and no giant lumpsum payouts. 500BTC all at once to a dev is rather... dangerous... for investors.

Nevermind issues with blockchain size, bandwidth requirements or TOR network limitations, the thing is, how the heck can you remain anonymous when there are two known, identifiable points, i.e., the caller and the receiver?
It is done by using an encrypted packet communication between the caller and a central server, which then sends another encrypted packet to the intended receiver. A snoop would only be able to discern the sender and the server, but could not reliably connect the sender to the intended receiver if there was sufficient other traffic from that server. Military grade uses fake messages and dead end addresses to lose messages in the fog. It is also very very slow.
Would it be safe to conclude then that you are the dev for this coin? If so, are you saying that xcloudcoin wallet would in fact be dependent on a central server, and it is not a decentralized currency after all, similar to, say, POScoin? oh nice to see others get in the conversation, hes not the dev for this coin! at this moment we are still working out details for the anon mixer, and testing a few scenarios, a white paper will be release once we begin beta testing the mixer. going back to your original post, we are not here to get fame, we want to do our best to deliver something good, and right now we have something to show for. like i stated before everyone is free to use our test account or send us an inbox and i would be more then happy to give then an invite. our two main twitter profiles https://twitter.com/xcloudcoinhttps://twitter.com/RdanettiWhen will the whitepaper be out? I hope not some future date long after the IPO period is done. You are making some bold claims here, so I think it is only fair that you back those claims up. As linked in my original post, many other devs have made similarly bold claims, and they have long disappeared with their loot. Anyway, I don't really see the point in testing your web software now, as there is really nothing new there. The key is your wallet, the VOIP and and anon integration. I am not the dev for any coin. I answered your question becuz I have "familiarity" with the process. Dont ask how, If I told you I would have to kill you.
Your spirited defense gave the impression that you have an interest in xcloudcoin. Unfortunately, your 'familiarity' does not answer the question at all.

I'm pretty surprised that volume is so high!!! ICO price is 90% to high, at 1030 sats i would certainly put 1 BTC against it, but 10300, mmm, which coin is worth $300K, people are also afraid because of Iceberg scam, DarkCash scam, USB scam... I even don't think that there are still 500 BTCs available in investors hands.

Literally the d=eveloper is getting 500 BTC right up front if people buy this. Insanity.

It's because IPOs can make money for investors too. Look at NXT with their insane rate of return. Even for all the failed ICOs on Bittrex, most made money for investors if they sold early. XBC on polo was like a 40x return on investment at one point. Via, another recent one (non-exchange ICO), has gone up to 6x investment. Of course pump/dumps aren't healthy for crypto, and plenty of people have been burned on ICOs too. But that's why they are popular. But to work even short term, they probably need to sell out, and that is becoming less likely the more ICOs that Bittrex runs.

NXT was the innovator, there will never be another NXT without a great dev team and real plans for a coin. Very few early investors make money off of the other ICO's. A few did on ICB, but for the most part early investors don't make money at all. It's a gigantic risk to invest 10K satoshis on a coin where you can't see the wallet and the feature are just pictures in a thread. If the wallet and the system was out and you could test it all out, it would be a different story. That's how ICO's SHOULD be in my opinion. Product first THEN you invest. Not the other way around.

This developer is asking for 10,000 sats + per coin. You are comparing apples and oranges. This developer is going to be rich on day 1.

Not sure how many have made profit for people or not. I've put in various, usually small amounts, into about 4-5 ICOs. All made at least some money. XBC made IPO people tons of money. Via people have made tons of money (very recent ICO). Crypti probably will make people money. Even maligned IPOs, like Maidsafe, is currently over IPO prices (albeit not sure if the volume is there for most to sell off though). Don't take this meaning I think this particular ICO is a good bet. Probably the opposite, unless Bittrex changes their rules, as there have been too many people killed on Iceberg + DCM. There is a lot of negativity towards Bittrex right now, so I think any coins trying an run an ICO there will have some difficulties.
