Posts per hour = Posts / ((Logged in days * 24) + Logged in hours)
For example : I have been logged in for 10 days and 15 hours and have made 918 posts. That totals to around 3.6 posts per hour I've been logged in.
The lower your number is , the more you read posts and lurk in general without posting.
I've made this in order to help users ascertain how much quicker they are to post a reply rather than continue reading.
I'd generally assume that each user would post around 2-15 times per hour for the time they are logged in , and this would include 95% of the users.

32 days, and 7.8k posts gives me 10.1 per hour. In other words I make a post every 6 minutes. I've been keeping track of my posting habits, they sure have improved.

1250 / ((3*24) + 7) = 15.8 I thought it would of been more than that considering I haven't been online that much (3 days). BUt registered since 2013 and I would of thought I would of been on longer than 3 days...

That's not right. Yours is 3069 / ((40*24) + 18) = 3.1

who can make 15-25 posts/hour?
Quite honestly , I could make 15 posts per hour. I would need around 1 minute to read the OP and ignore the rest of the thread and I could easily formulate a reply in another 1-2 minutes , leading to 20-30 posts per hour. But the fact is that if you spend time reading each and every reply , there is a great chance that someone has already asked what you have asked or brought up the point you were going to. You then end up posting once every few threads that you read , probably once every 3-6. On the other hand , a person who owns a Marketplace thread , maybe a service , a goods sale thread or a gambling thread would definitely be expected to have over 15 posts per hour. They would need to answer each and every question by a potential client , regardless of whether it has been covered before or whether it is silly and doesn't really warrant a post. TLDR ; 15-25 posts per hour can be non-spammy, but only in rare cases. The first of which I could think of was owner of a sales / service thread.

I get into discussion a lot about things in the same thread with around 1-2 other people which involve a lot of messages being sent every few minutes I think that's one of the reasons why is so high.

I only post 1 - 3 posts when I'm online. I'm more on reading than posting. Hope they will increase activity when we are reading.
