You might want to hold off on new orders until he responds. At the very least, don't send him half the payment yet if that's what OP wants.

This is legit, silverbox isn't in USA. Haploid I will be shipping to ASAP. I am busy due to personal problems. I can barley get on the computer. I'm trying to get these shipped but we are having a delay. Sorry, but one customer got is so that's good.

It's getting a bit more suspicious. Now I'm not saying the one guy that received it is a shill account, but it's possibility that really is the OP who ordered a GoPro for himself. I hope no one else sent him half the payment upfront until he proves these are being shipped.
