APC? Will die soon,time will tell .There are just promises,nothing will happen.
Anyway,I will support btc38 even there's no coin I want to invest on their exchange,cuz it is bigger than others.

yeah, btc38 is a big exchange in China, but i am afraid i can not agree with your views on shit coins, what's shit coin buddy? can you distinguish between good coins and shit coins clearly? i think it's a good coin when a coin launched on a big exchange although the dev has ran away. this is an open source world, the dev should not be the only god in one coin. satoshi had disappeared long time ago, BTC is still alive and develops well. all because of there are many developers all over the world. they are working hard on BTC.

it's very irresponsible someone removed by exchange when a coin has little trading volume, why these exchanges are crazy to add coins on their exchanges and then freely removed them when these coins have little trading volume? there are no shit coins, just shit exchanges.

what's the best responsible exchange? it's not the largest volume of transactions, it's not which add coins quickly. the best responsible exchange is think carefully and study carefully before you add coins on your exchange. dare to face a difficulty, dare to admit and correct mistakes, the best responsible exchange should be aggressive in looking for one better dev to keep on developing with one coin when a coin's dev has ran away instead of just removed this coin. I have a very high regard for btc38.com and what they are doing with the "shitcoins"
btc38.com is doing the right thing and I hope it will lead this chaotic crypto currency world to the right track.

i am very sure about that most dev's purpose are just for making real money. some of them have done great things for crypto-currency, for example, new features, new innovations, but most of them have gave up and ran away. it's really a pity. but always remember please, this is an open source world, the future of one coin is not just depend on a dev.
