Can you tell me how escrow will matter when you can do a charge back after coins are released? And paying with "invoice" means it's a goods/services type payment, which is begging to be charged back. Your account is not worth $800, you'll be happy to do a charge back and the conditions makes it easy for that.

You can just chargeback and you will NOT have any implications because of that. To no chargeback on you side (given that you have 0 rep) would be dumb. That is why nearly all newbs with PP do chargeback..

This was probably a man in the middle scam, someone else sent you paypal funds thinking they were getting BTC and you sent OP BTC. Once they realized they've been scammed, they charged back. or a hacked paypal account was used.
