EDIT: solved. save wallet.dat and delete zebracoinfolder in appdata will help.

Try deleting your blocks.dat and resyncing the chain.

I got it from supernova at the time I made the post it said mh but should have been gh.  No matter either way.  less than 5g/h on any x11 /x13 is deadsville.
