It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I would suggest accepting an escrow payment, that way the buyer and seller are protected.
I am trying to increase my reputation as an escrow agent on this forum, and am currently not charging a fee.
So if they buyer request to use escrow, let me know or any other reputable escrow agent on this forum.
