Hi, I want to do a test, I have some fiat to lend with coins for collateral, this is a test.

I write this web site for terms, feedback is welcome, will have fiat available on Aug 1

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Since you are a newbie, no one should send anything to you for collateral.  Any collateral should be sent to a trusted third party.
