You could easily be redirecting hashing power on your pool to another site. Why don't you provide a stats page to prove that each users stats are being used on this pool?

I wondered same thing or wondered if it was possible.

How about a wallet address for the mining pool? Both of the other solo pools,-ck and aTg, make that public. At least post that so that whenever a block is found it can be tracked. I have found a block on both solo pools in the forum, so I don't want to be wasting my energy.

Sure, the pool's wallet address was never a secret - 14A1inRWUWDg36TkiyCGhSjxY71aJbTCyU

Kipper, yes it is possible for a pool to act as a "proxy" to another pool. Of course we are not doing so, because we have solo and pplns accounts at the same time. We cannot redirect solo accounts to another pool and still be able to pay 27btc when someone finds a block. Everyone mining on our pool mines on our pool and is not redirected elsewhere.

At Pool hashrate: 91.09 TH/s it will be tough to find a block or need a lot of luck. Also I wonder how you can justify paying out a prize if a block is found?

The first block is always the hardest. I am sure that as soon as we hit a block other miners will follow and the pool will grow and start cracking blocks at a regular rate.

As for your question about the prize - we will post the TXid of the prize payment here. Of course we will also ask the winner to confirm that by posting here if possible. Hopefully he wouldn't mind...

Funny question. What is stopping all other pool operators from taking a block and running?!? We don't want to take anything from miners. We have bitcoins. Even more, we are giving away our own bitcoins as bonuses to miners just to make them mine with us.

A lot of other pools have reputable owners, etc. Just a thought.

I am sure they all started somewhere and built their good reputation in time. We are doing the same thing here by running a stable pool and giving away our own money as additional rewards to stimulate miners to hash with us. Once you see that we are paying out, I am sure you will join too.

Now that we have proven that we do pay out our rewards, we would like to remind everyone that we still have bonuses to give away:

2btc bonus for the first PPLNS block finder

2btc bonus for the first SOLO block finder

Who wants to be the next winner?

I am shooting 100th  at the ppns pool

some simple math if  20 people  shoot 100th at this pool for 4-6 hours
we should hit the block and find out if he is legit

the ppns is worth shooting 100th for the bonus not forever just a lot of us to get over 2 or 3 ph

does not cost much to do 4-6 hours 20 to 30 people 100th each

Philip,

That's a great idea. We would love to prove that we are legit. Everyone will get their earnings and someone will end up with a 2btc bonus for finding the block.
Everyone can see that we actually keep our promises and recently paid out the 1btc prize in our last contest to daddyfatsax as he confirmed.

So, who's in?

If it is done on the ppns pool at the op is a bad guy no one gets burned much.  I did a shot yesterday for .1btc renting 150th which would allow me the chance at the bonus of 2 btc.  It did not come in, but I am willing to do this again  It is 11 am Eastern standard time.  Or New York City time.  At 6pm  or 7 hours from now  .  I am going to do a 150th rental at nicehash for   about 3 hours.  I will put in 0.2 btc which will last 3 hours from 6 to 9 pm eastern standard time.

So how about a few guys post and say if they will do it.  remember it is the ppns pool not the solo pool I will do it in tonight.
