Guys, the dashboard is working just fine. What appears to be the problem?
As for the hashrate reports - please keep in mind the following:
Pool hashrate is based on shares in all currently open shifts. In other words, the last approx 40 hours. So it will take a few hours to see the pool hashrate grow and a constant speed across those 40 hours to see a stable reading. Nothing to worry about if you don't see this increasing immediately after you connect a miner.
Current hashrate for your account - your current hashrate based on your shares for the past 5 minutes. This displays the actual speed of your miners/rentals.
Average hashrate for your account - as written on the dashboard, this is your average speed in all currently open shifts. You need to hash during all those shifts to see your average reach your actual hashrate.
Anyway, those are just numbers that need some time to display the correct values, nothing to worry about.
5min average pool hashrate currently at 290T.
okay I will will make a suggestion most pool owners attempt to show current pool rate not a rolling 40 hour average. I don't mind tossing 125th at you for a long enough time to see the pool rate get higher. I know for a fact that the pool rate did go higher when I ran 25th at you for a while last night. I suggest you show 2 pool rates 1) current = ? missing2) 40 hour average = 68.38th You show my 1)current hash rate = 123.346th 2) 40 hour average rate = 3.85th to follow up 3.85/68.38 = 0.0563 0.0563 x 25 = 1.407 btc plus the bonus 2 btc = 3.407 btc is that correct or close to correct as to what happens if I hit the block?

yeah makes sense. he should do 1) the current pool ------------->>>>>>> missing 2) the 40 hour pool avg = 85 3) the current miner status = 130th 4) the 40 hour miner avg 5.25 I will continue to mine my 125th for 1 more shift.

Your calculation is pretty much correct, except that it is shares that are rewarded, not THs. So if you hit the block this very moment, the calculation should look like: (25/2814460399)*181823717=1.61btc + 2btc bonus = 3.61btc 2814460399 is the total number of shares in open shifts, 181823717 are your shares.

Yes, the oldest shift got rotated, so the pool speed got updated too. The next pool speed update should be in approx 4 hours.

Well, we can also add a pool speed report for a shorter period, but readings would not be that accurate and would be jumping up and down. If all of you want that, I will pass this to the devs.

we are at 103.73 th for the pool over the last 40 hours
I am averaging about 13.89 th
so 13.89/ 103.73 = 0.1339
0.1339 x 25 btc = 3.3476 btc if we hit a block right now . and if I hit the block a 2 btc bonus = 5.3 btc
my risk at this moment is about .25btc
I will toss a total of .45 btc at it and then quit.

I canceled my rental when I went to bed last night but have 25TH pointed back. So when the shifts "close" are those shares lost at that point, and nothing paid when a block is found?

yeah it is about a 40 hour good window. I was going to tell the op with the pool so small he should consider stretching the shifts from 4 to 8 hours. The logic is when you take a shot like we did with a rental our money works longer for us. I did a rental on my own. Then ½ day later we did the three of us. I think if he makes the pool counter show the current avg and the 40 hour avg just like the individual miner shows the current avg and the 40 hour avg it would help his pool I also think with the pool tiny at 100 or 125 th he needs longer shifts. maybe 8 not 4. So if you do a rental for a day it works longer once you stop. I spent about .3567 btc and have about 4 hours of renting left. My current th avg is 14.58 the pool is 105.2 my share = 14.58/105.2 x 25 coins = 3.46 coins this will shrink fast since the rental ends in four hours.

Hi guys,
First of all, I would like to thank you all for your support and for hashing with us. We carefully analyzed all your recent thoughts and respectively made the following corrections to the pool as some of you suggested:
- pool hashrate reported on the website has been enhanced and now responds more quickly when new miners join. Basically it represents an average based on the current shift including each new share as it is submitted. So as soon as you connect a new worker, you should see the average starting to increase immediately.
- shift duration has been extended to 8 hours so more of your shares are rewarded once we find a block. This way your rentals won't be wasted if we don't hit a block soon.
Of course, any other suggestions are welcome.
Hopefully more serious miners like you join as soon as possible so we supercharge the pool and hit a block.

Great and a block would help about now. yeah it would help. What I am doing is a lessor version of solo mining. solo mining is all or nothing for 25 coins. I am 17 of 105 th or 16.2 percent of 25 coins = 4.05 coins the upside is if I mine for 80 hours and stop I get 80 more hours of earning power. plus a shot at 2 bonus btc . If you believe this operator will pay this off the math dictates to give this pool a shot. My 17% or nothing investment will run me around .45 coins. With a chance to get 4.05 coins and the 2 coin bonus plus more if we hit 2 blocks. Think of spinning a 10 number wheel with a 1 dollar bet if you win you get 11 or 13 dollars. most of the time you won't win since the chance is 1 of 10 but the payoff is higher then that. Many people say this is like a lotto no it is not. play a 3 digit number and get 1100 for a 1 dollar bet does not exist in lotto. State lotto gives 500 for a 1 dollar bet and on a bonus day maybe 600. I will continue to take a shot here until easter morning. I may then try next week...
