Looks like PoS and you just got some new coins, nothing to be worried about.

That's not you downloading something, that's you getting new coins as a result of PoS (a type of mining in which you get coins for leaving your wallet open and already having coins)

Again, you do NOT owe them anything. Stop panicking. The program has simply given you new coins in a form of mining called PoS. You have gotten new coins, and do not owe them anything.
