I'm a motivated seller asking (525 BTC ) for 5399 Diehl ln. High Ridge, MO 63049, very private hidden gem on 10 acres; the domain homes4bitcoin.com and 4-5 THs mining op in the tool shed all could be included in price.  Not using bitpay, keeping the BTC.  May consider partial owner financing and/or partial payment of litecoin as well.

Hey that's awesome neighbor, we have been to St. Louis several times.  Very cool town, especially all the history in the downtown area, although we do have better BBQ & Beer here in Arkansas !!!

If you have much equity in the home we are currently working on a novel approach to capture that with creative BTC financing.   You may be interested in talking with us about, when you get closer to selling.
