Honestly I don't know yet.  We are very busy in the International Law side of discovery.  But it becomes a Hornets Nest rather quickly, and the countries we are focused on at this moment do not include the Philipines.  I will add it to the list if you are urgently looking ATM as the couple of other countries we have contacts who own or will need Real Estate purchase matters dealt with immediately are driving this process.   

Considering all the legal differences, Especially when considering various cultural conflicts between certain groups of people and what not.  This illustrates one aspect of how an Anonymous Purchase will add value to the transaction, But there are also several Liabilities Concerns and Asset Protection angles that are valuable, at least in common legal systems to the US as well as the USA.

i am just asking for now as i saw a 3 or 4 commercial area here which if for sale the previous owner is a chinese couple who is probably migrating to america or i dunno which country
regarding on the law foreign people are not allowed to buy any property here unless you have some trusted relatives if you have a filipino/filipina spouses that is according to some article that i've read anyway thank for thr response

Yes that is exactly what we are dealing with in Russia, etc..There are international law experts on our team and we hope to have this issued worked around soon, at least limited to the countries we focus on in the beginning.

As for tracking people international to find ownership it is fairly easy with some of my sources of information.  If you PM me the addresses I may be able to get you in touch with the sellers soon.  Thanks for the questions and information.

I live and work in Spokane, I'd just like to get some property now instead of renting, but I only have magic internet money.

Thank you for your kind words.  The legal team we have is top notch in asset preservation and constitutional rights including privacy etc.  We also feel that BTC is going to become a game changer for the Real Estate Markets as we know it and are confidently interested in a DEV or 2 who are able to implement mutual vision to make the worlds RE that much closer to this new reality.
