Question: What is CDIC? Is it Canada Deposit Insurance corporation? If yes, then they ensure "deposits" in a bank: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canada_Deposit_Insurance_Corporation" The CDIC insures Canadians' deposits held at Canadian banks (and other member institutions) up to CA$100,000 in case of a bank failure." not some random company like Umbrella is showing itself to be. So yeah good try. No affiliation with the Canadian company you mention.

Ok.... you have a great coin here dev if this...
Example: John owns 1 BTC and an equal amount (in value) of Umbrella-BTC. Bob owns 1 BTC. Both are held on Exchange XYZ. Exchange XYZ fails and declares bankruptcy protection. John opens up a claim to the CDIC and gets his Umbrella-BTC returned to him. John is still out 1 BTC, but not completely wiped out by the exchange collapse. On the other hand, Bob has lost all his money and has no where to turn for help. He posts a sympathy thread on reddit hoping for donations :-(
...becomes truth all people eventually will get in , on this coin.
but we nedd marketing, a IRC channel for the comunity and some "trustable" exchange.
well lets see tomorrow!
That's a pretty good example ... yep its insurance

Let us adults manage something that is way over your head apparently. Thank you,

Anything exchange related you would need to check on their website. As far as USD, there is always special circumstances for conversion to fiat (AFAIK).

Do I need to get ID verified? ID Verification is only required if you wish to trade with US Dollars. All other trades don't carry this restriction.

Hey, just finished looking over that site... what a well needed source of creditability, especially with all the crap coins coming out... just look at the last 2 coins that I foolishly mined, USB coin... Dead, and fuse coin, never really got off the ground and is on life support. A loss in electricity for me,,, and God only knows how much was wasted by tons of Rig Renters on both coins. So lesson learned. I will not mine any coins going forward without a coinsource trust rating! I feel very confident in the umbrella coins dev, knowing that he is who he says he is! Finally some confidence can be applied now. Anyone yelling scam in here can just take it all somewhere else as far as I'm concerned. Question, do you have to have a coin first to get yourself rated? (wasn't real clear on that),,, this is something I would like to have in place for myself! lol anyways glad to see that our Umbrella dev is the real deal!

Yes indeed! not that I really ever had any doubts from the beginning, one only needed to look at the op and the very professionally done website to know this was not a fly by night" But the coinsource rating seals the deal for sure and hopefully for anyone else looking into the Umbrella coin collection, investment or mining
