It's a GreenDot reload card sold at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and tons of other places. You buy the card and load it with USD ($) at the cash register. Scratch the code off on the back and use that code to fund pre-paid debit cards online. |

Yeah, I'm considering trying out Vanilla. I've bought BTC with Vanilla reloads from other people before, and a lot of people say it's better than GDMP. |
