It just so happens that there was people starving in africa, and to save money, they bought 'generic' drugs supposedly, but I dont know if that is it or not, but anyways, the drugs may have caused people to get problems with what was called HTLV at the time, you know, the one they changed the name to HIV
And this explains how homologus Immunodeficiency viruses exist in various simian and feline species worldwide? Those evil doctors also created these viruses and limited them to distinct species (ie: Humans cannot become infected with FIV...) why bother? Also, what techniques did the doctors use to create these viruses? Molecular cloning was in its infancy before the discovery of PCR. HTLV-1 was discovered 6 years before this technique. How could people engineer a new virus without such a critical technique? Why are there endogenous retrovirus sequences conserved in the genome of every human on earth and those that died years ago if the virus was invented in 1983? How does a simple name change cover up such a grand conspiracy? Ultimately the burden of proof is on the claimant. Your only proof is your anecdote about all doctors lying during their professional careers, and that the name was changed (interestingly this isn't the the only virus that has had its name changed).
Originally when discovered, HIV, was called HTLV-III. This is unsurprising as it does infect T lymphocytes. Just like the other HTLV retroviruses. However, the clinical presentation of infection is distinctly different between these viruses and for clarity it makes sense to change names.
