I'll be contacting FinCEN today to hear their thoughts. I'll keep you guys updated.

After contacting FinCEN I've decided to relaunch Devscrow. I was concerned due to previous statements from the agency but today I was pointed to this amendment. Which essentially says Bitcoin escrow services are permitted to operate without being regulated under money-transmission laws.

Anyhow, Devscrow is back open for business. I will only be providing escrow services for standard trades in the future and best of all, it's free. (Tips are greatly appreciated however)

I'm happy that I have the opportunity to continue providing this service for the community.

Yes, I'm under the control of 0.21. I'll be posting the agreement in an hour or so when I have access to my PGP key.
