Hello,

I am new here and I have almost no experience with BitCoins. But at least I know ho to transfer BitCoins from wallet to wallet or pay.

Today I had to pay for VPN at the web site "https://fvpn.com/". I paid and received a conformation, but I have never received the service, that I have paid for. It still says, there is no subscription. It have to change with "subscription till... date" but nothing happens.

What could I do? Thank in advance for your answers!

Try contacting them first, to see if they can help you.

Today. The last time, when I paid with PayPal I have received the service immediately. Isn`t that so when I pay with BitCoins?

That is unfortunate. Maybe they just haven't processed it yet?

I received the conformation fast immediately, hours ago.
I do not really know how to post TX. I used Electrum to pay.

Maybe the company is a scammer. What's your bitcoin address?
You can see the transaction if you go to blockchain.info and paste your bitcoin address  (public address of course)

This could be one problem with companies abusing bitcoin and not delivering. Say what you want about paypal but if you dont get the service you paid for you'll very likely get your money back.

The company is real. I used its services many times, but they accepted only PayPal. Now this was changed and they accept other payments - bitcoins, litecoins, darkcoins and it is about 35 % cheaper to use those methods.

About the TX. When I right-click on the transaction an chose "View on Blockchain.info", is it safe to post the web address or there is something private in it? I do not know where to find my public address.

Posting that address is OK, people generally post them to verify to others that they have made a payment, or to help diagnose a transaction.

The transaction was successful so there are two options:

1) They haven't take care of your oder
2) Scammers

Wait untill tomorrow, have not yet passed many hours.

Most likely they don't have big amount of bitcoin payments and they may process them manually. Waiting little longer or contacting support seems to be good things to do.

A general rule of thumb is to wait for 6 confirmations, then maybe 10 minutes after for them to acknowledge the transaction. If they never send you the product (wait a day or two more) post it in scam accusations.

It is showing 40 confirms right now so the recipient received the funds most certainly.  Perhaps the time of day is an issue (maybe they're done for the day) or the person who monitors crypto payments is not paying attention.  Wait until tomorrow and ask for a response from support.  After that you can start suspecting scam.

Thank you all for your answers. Although they did not answer to my question (I have contacted them several times before and I have never had an answer), at least they provided the service, that I paid for. Everything is OK now!
