5500 BTC ($3 million) and I think some of it may already had gone towards buying BTSx.   After the bots, scripts, day traders and speculators go through it $3 million can probably create $10-$30 million volume no problem.

Who knew cryptos was this easy?  All you need is a crypto-bank / crypto-Federal Reserve like BitsharesX and do your own "bail out" / "stimulus plan" to grow capitalization.

Well it's easy until you run out of other people's money.

Vitalik wrote on his blog that the top 100 addresses control 45% of Ethereum IPO.   Addresses are not people (common security precaution, when dealing with huge amounts, is to own multiple wallets.  Better to lose 1 wallet out of 10 to a hacker then to lose 1 wallet out of 1 total).   So the amount of real people in that 45% could be as low as 10 or even less.

 
Seems to be a ponzi scheme ran by a few wealthy investors who think throwing bags of money at a coin will attract subsequent bags of money.  When has that ever worked?  Mastercoin is effectively dead and Maidsafe barely grew beyond their IPO.

I term these coins to be "Suckerberg coins" (Goldman Sachs™), copywrighting coins which are all fluff, spam social media and YouTube (albeit only getting hundreds or rarely thousands of views - aka barely read by anyone) and that's all you have to do to get money from "stupid rich guys" looking for the next Bitcoin.

Tell the whole story if your giving this kind of information and please do some background reading about BitShares as its obvious you do not have a complete understanding of the software.

Invictus has been CLEAR as day about how they spend investment money from day 1.  They decided to exchange 100 btc for BTSX, this way they can pay bounties etc... in btsx not btc.  Why is this such a bad thing?

BitUSD market launched today, the next few days and weeks will be very interesting if this works.

I doubt they can dump it so early when it is still new and few buyer to dump to.

NXT is good but will not give good returns either.
