Save your wallet.dat, put it somewhere safe ( desktop. If you have any other .dat, be careful so you don't replace it. )
Delete the entire folder of the coin in %APPDATA% ( Just type it in start menu ).

Re-download the chain, replace the wallet.dat from your desktop with the one if the folder which setup created.

I guess that'll work.
