when i try to install a game which require .net framework for installatioon it say please install but when i click to install it crashe i download from internet and install the .net but it keep saying its not installed please help me agina .

make sure you download it from microsoft. for the right version of windows and the right version of .net framework.

yeah a windows pop up and i click its crash.. wait uploaing..

as shown in image i click on download but it not start and say we cant find or crash
