+1 I don't think source code will be available or at least it cannot be released before launch. BUT what he can do is premine 6% and allow people to join the IPO AFTER the source code has been released, and allow people to deposit money to the IPO account and close it a week after launch.

And they even try to cheat by putting in ICO = 0.000103 so it look like it was only 1030sats but it was 10300 sats.
