It depend on what type of dice casino you want, if you mean like slot machine the price will be 0.25 BTC, this include all source files (html+jquery/javascript+css+php) plus custom made game graphics (made by me)

No, sorry the payment will be managed in a different way, you will pay half of the price before i start to work and the other half at the end of the work (however during the work i will provide screenshot every week)
