Yup No doubt..!
OP I have a suggestion for you instead of claiming you'll get 0.07btc when an advertisement space expires that you bought for 0.06btc sounds ridiculous. because it is.
 Instead you can turn your website into revenue sharing model where you will just share the revenue generated from adspaces on your website so for a 0.06adspace you can pay 90% of your revenue to investor till they reach 130% or something in ROI , it will still be called ponzi but atleast you are not claiming something that you'll might fail providing eventually.
