Altcoin seeks development help to implement simple block reward changes and test new code on a testnet prior to release. Bounty of 0.5 BTC or best offer.

Also interested in future transition from PoW to PoS. Developers experienced in building PoS coins encouraged to get in touch. Price negotiable.
