I have a website where I want to start accept BTCitcoins. So I need to encash bitcoins on a regular basis. Estimate transaction amounts are 300/- to 1500/- INR.
Cash transfer methods : Bank Transaction, Cash transfer by person and any other suitable methods.

Why dont you use an exchange to encash? With an exchange there is no limit on how much you can encash. Your trading volume is currenlty low but am sure it will increase as time goes by. Try https://www.igot.com/. They are a great exchange and also offer good price. They accept NEFT transaction and one of their bank branch is in Kolkata if that gives you more solace.

300-1500 is really low for regular transaction, better stake all and sell monthly or when you will have like 0.25 BTC.

What is the difference between Buy & Sell with advertisement and without it on localbitcoins.com?

Buying and selling on LocalBitcoins.com without advertisements
•No fees: you will always receive the specified amount in your request to your wallet
•Note however that wallet fees apply for you.

Buying and selling on LocalBitcoins.com as an advertiser
•1% fee from the purchase amount, paid only with released escrows.

LocalBitcoins.com is a marketplace that facilitates trading bitcoins locally with individuals for cash or online payments of your choice. It is not an exchange. You will find lots of buy/sell trade advertisements and you need to contact the advertisers in your locality and trade with them. An escrow service is provided by LocalBitcoins. Also fees apply.Check the site for more details.
