What happened:: I was selling my MSDN accounts to this guy I have delivered all accounts well as I break his partnership he Opened dispute.

I never committed about replacement he was doing this on his responsibility still I agreed to replacement because of our friendship but he used too worst language.

Additional Notes: On 1 Jun I was accidently got accepted in MSDN I told this to him I requested me partnership where he was paying me 75$ per admin account I was new so I accepted It everything was well he done all payments well untill our parnership. on 7th Jun he taken account from me and send 105$ in my Paypal without my permission as I accepts payment via invoice only but he told that buyer is trusted don't care I trusted on this guy and given him account.

On 15th Jun he broken Partnership because I declined to tell my secrets of making accounts as I was known He is planning this, as He broken partnership he became Lier when there was our partnership I were applied for 2 accounts then he told me that your applied 2 accounts has been disapproved then I started checking he came on not that 2 disapproved but all previous banned I asked him proof he were unable to provide It after 2-3 days he told me not all 2 banned I asked him proof he shown me screenshots I thought they are photoshopped after his request I checked that 2 accounts were banned but that was not mine problem as I was re-seller and I were never committed about replacement he was giving on his responsibility. But for our friendship I agreed to give him his account in replace and demanded 4-5 days to replace that accounts for FREE, on second day of that he used very offensive words to me without any reason thats why I asked him to say sorry to me and I will replace that accounts,he declined that too so I decided untill he not say sorry to me I will not give any account he again used very offensive words about my family I got angered and called him on his cell and used same language which he used to me on also I send him skype messages in his language, as he found I am becoming his headache he asked to the buyer of that admin account to open Paypal Dispute against me.

I am willing to pay him back his 100$ if he once communicate to me He also not communicated with me still now.
I dont care about dispute but this guy must be banned from this forum as he already scammed for 500$ on TBN and argued that the guy got scammed send him carded funds this is not true thats why TBN banned him.

If the person who opened dispute on my Paypal reading this Please once try to contact me I am willing to pay your 100$ FREE but I have some questions for you.

OP is a scammer and his accounts are not safe at all.He used to make MSDN accounts and I used to manage the sales.He makes simple sites to get Bizspark and once they are approved,he pulls down the website.Some of the websites made by him are greenqtech.com,mssoftwares.com,dnasoftwares.com.Many of his accounts are already banned.Being my partner,he had to follow my TOS.I used to provide 1 month warranty to my customers.2 of the 5 accounts he gave me were banned within a week and when I asked for replacement,he denied so I opened dispute in Paypal.
